When to Recite This Dua
Breaking a deeply ingrained habit is one of the hardest struggles a person can face. This dua asks Allah to pour patience over you — not a trickle, but a pouring — and to make your feet firm so you do not slip back. It was the dua of believers facing a mighty army, and your battle against your nafs is no less real.
