Source: Quran 9:129, Sunan Abu Dawud 5081
Transliteration
English Translation
"Allah is sufficient for me. There is no god but He. In Him I have placed my trust, and He is the Lord of the Mighty Throne."
When to Recite This Dua
Recovery is not about willpower alone — it is about trusting that Allah will help you through. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said whoever recites this seven times in the morning and evening, Allah will suffice them in whatever concerns them. When the struggle feels overwhelming, this dua recenters your trust in the One who controls all outcomes.
