Source: Sunan Abu Dawud 5088, Jami' at-Tirmidhi 3388

Transliteration

Bismillahil-ladhi la yadurru ma'asmihi shay'un fil-ardi wa la fis-sama'i wa Huwas-Sami'ul-'Aleem

English Translation

"In the name of Allah, with whose name nothing on earth or in heaven can cause harm, and He is the All-Hearing, the All-Knowing."

When to Recite This Dua

Recited three times in the morning and evening, this dua serves as a daily spiritual firewall. The Prophet (peace be upon him) said nothing would harm the one who recites it. Building a consistent morning and evening adhkar practice creates spiritual protection that makes resisting temptation easier throughout the day.
