Surah At-Talaq (65:2)

وَمَن يَتَّقِ اللَّهَ يَجْعَل لَّهُ مَخْرَجًا ○ وَيَرْزُقْهُ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا يَحْتَسِبُ

— Surah At-Talaq, Ayah 2

English Translation

"And whoever fears Allah — He will make for him a way out. And will provide for him from where he does not expect."

Explanation & Connection to Overcoming Harmful Habits

Taqwa — consciousness of Allah — is presented here as the key that unlocks solutions you cannot even imagine. When you choose taqwa over temptation, Allah promises to create an exit from your difficulty. Many brothers and sisters have found that when they sincerely committed to quitting, unexpected help arrived: a spouse, a new job that reduced idle time, a community that provided support, or an app that finally made the difference. Allah's provision comes from directions you cannot anticipate. Your job is the taqwa; His promise is the way out. Trust the process and keep choosing the harder right over the easier wrong.
